What is Altitudes
Expeditions

Altitudes is much more then an Adventure promoting organization in the Himalaya. It is totally a new concept of Adventure by a group of people, each one of whom is an experienced professional, each one equally, responsible and each one dedicated to the aims of Altitudes..

It is a group of friends, a team evolved and close knit by repeated exposures to the hazards of rock, snow and ice, blizzards and downpours, perilous ascents and descents, as well as camps in heavenly flower laden ‘Bugyals’, the warm sun radiating brilliantly from the blue sky.

Outlook on Activities

At the Altitudes we seek the hidden, the unknown and the mysterious Himalaya to take you there. We firmly believe that only Quality Activities, aimed at deriving the best from the Himalaya without imposing on its fragile environment in any manner whatsoever is the only way to go there. It is only decent that we preserve this heritage for the future generations. This achieved by introducing the Himalaya to our guests gradually and gently and conduct even routine tasks with care caution and concern. The education value of any Adventure/ Himalayan holiday is not automatic. Guidance and examples are required and provided by us. Such courses/ holidays/camps not only imposes ones outlook and understanding but the very purpose of the outing.

Activities Of Altitudes

In all fields of adventure the exploration so far has not even exposed the proverbial tip of the iceberg and there ar virgin areas of mountains, trekking routes, hidden valleys and stretches of white waters waiting to be explored. The Altitudes aims to accomplish as much of this exploration as possible in company with those who wish to join in. At the very outset we would like to emphasise that the mere conduct of any adventure activity is totally meaningless and purposeless unless the activity is designed and conducted to propagate and infuse the ‘values’ inherent in it. Each one of our activities is integrated with lessons and practices which bring out the best in each participant.

What Our Clients saying

Every year, students from JB Academy participate in the adventure camp at Camp Bagicha, Nainital, organized by Altitudes, under the guidance of Mr. Anit Sah. This camp provides a unique opportunity for students to learn life skills through adventure activities. This year, the camp has started with class 9 students. The camp offers a wide range of activities, such as trekking, rock climbing, rappelling, river crossing, and much more. These activities not only promote physical fitness but also develop skills like teamwork, leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making. Students get to experience nature and learn about environmental conservation, making the camp an enriching and holistic experience. The camp provides a perfect setting for students to step out of their comfort zones, overcome challenges, and build confidence. We are also excited to share some photos of the camp that showcase the fun and adventure that the students experienced. Overall, the adventure camp at Camp Bagicha, Nainital, is an excellent way for young students to gain valuable life skills while having fun and making new friends.
